Tailor Made Rooms stands behind the quality of our products and we truly hope that you enjoy your purchases. It makes us happy to see you happy.

If you are not satisfied we truly want to know! Part of our Tailor Made Rooms Promise is that we have a 30 day return policy and will honor an exchange. However, we always get customer approval before printing, so we do not expect a unsatisfied customer.

 

We do completely understand sizing can be a challenge when purchasing products online, so please read our sizing chart and reach out if your have any further questions before placing an order.  Please see our full Return and Exchange policy below for more information.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges must be made within 15 days of your ship date.

  • Personalized wall art with a unique name cannot be returned unless there is damage or misprint on the art. Photo proof will be required.

  • Merchandise must be unused, odor free and in good condition with the original boxing. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

  • Damaged goods claims must be processed within our website contact form below. We will contact you immediately. Proof of damaged goods must be produced, and the damaged goods must be shipped back for inspection before the refund process can begin. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Shipping and handling cost, and other charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

    • Did you receive a Tailor Made Rooms gift and are missing the necessary information? No worries, contact us via email at refund@tailormaderooms.com and we will help you get the exchange or return completed in accordance with the terms of the policies and issue you an e-gift card to Tailor Made Rooms.

    • Items purchased from November 1st thru December 25th can be EXCHANGED up to January 25th. NO returns for items purchased after 15 days of the original order date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES

    Packages that are delivered to an incorrect and/or old address that is not returned, unfortunately, cannot be exchanged. Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS. If you notice an error, contact us within 4 hours and we'll get your address fixed on our end before shipping. Unfortunately, after 12 hours there is nothing we can do, so please double check addresses! 

      VAT/CUSTOMS CHARGES:

       

      WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN USA & CANADA. Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges that we are unable to prepay or predict. We have seen customs clearance fees happen on some shipments to Canada. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS OR CLEARANCE FEES and will not refund or replace items destroyed or returned by customers due to non-payment of fees or rejection of delivery.

      I absolutely love this wall hanging. I love that it is personalized. I've received so many compliments. And the service is top-notch. I had a family reunion coming up and I really wanted to receive it before my guests came. I reached out to the vendor and she promised it would be here. It arrived even before the date promised!

      Lake House Personalized Name Signs: Where Memories Set Sail

      The Customer Service is PHENOMENAL. Extremely friendly and understanding, and the shipping and production time was absolutely stellar. I would give this a 5 star review, but I do only have one tiny gripe, and that would be the backside of the sign. I think a 4.5 star rating would be more accurate, but alas, it is not an option. The “wood” design is NOT on the backside of the sign, and it is just a blank white slate. It does kind of take away from the sign, as the backside just looks cheap.. for the price, I would have thought the entire thing would have that “wood” design, but perhaps I just missed that in the fine print somewhere, which is on me obviously. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again. I think I was just surprised when I opened it and saw so much white. Thanks again for all your help!!

They were helpful and they were able to put on canvas exactly what and how I wanted it, and it looks stunning! I even contacted them about when it would ship, and they checked that day and it went from 70% complete to packaged and shipped with ups that very same day!
