Salty sea air is not a problem. The printed graphics last 5 to 10 years in humid and coastal environments, and the DIBOND substrate lasts 10 to 15 years.

Is the aluminum sign real metal? Yes, it is DIBOND aluminum composite: two aluminum layers over a polyethylene core, 6mm total. Lightweight and rigid, rust-proof and weatherproof, printed with UV-resistant inks.

Can the aluminum signs go outdoors, on a porch, boathouse, or lakefront wall? Yes. Aluminum is our outdoor-rated material. For humid and coastal lake environments, expect a 5 to 10 year graphic lifespan with little maintenance beyond an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. The substrate itself lasts 10 to 15 years. Salty sea air is not a problem. Covered areas extend the life further.
